Gas measurement with dew point transmitter

The dew point transmitter measures by inserting the sensor directly into the pipe to measure whether the gas in the pipe is sufficiently low and wet, during the measurement the pressure has a direct effect on the dew point in the gas, and the gas flow will also affect the response time of the transmitter. For accurate measurement of the dew point value, the sample point of the dew point is as good as possible the location of the close to the moisture measurement (For example, the dew point in the glove box needs to be set at a sampling point close to the outlet of the glove box or at the point of circulation).

If the measured gas is compressed air, it can be adjusted to reduce the line operating pressure by through the pressure reducing valve and to reduce the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure, so that the dew point value of the pressure can be measured accurately, the flow meter adjusts to a certain flow rate and monitored by a signal meter, which allows the measurement to be measured dew point values to are more accurate.
