Differential pressure-based air velocity measurement, combined with display instruments, provides reliable measurements of air velocity and flow even in harsh conditions, with data easily viewable on display units.
The following introduces three application scenarios utilizing eyc-tech's air flow meters, differential pressure transmitters, average flow measuring tubes, and display instruments, designed for high-humidity and contaminated air, high-temperature and high-pressure environments, as well as mass flow rate and bidirectional measurement applications.

The Venturi tube design is ideal for measuring the flow of high-humidity or highly contaminated air, offering durability and low-pressure loss characteristics. Since the operating temperature and pressure in industrial processes frequently fluctuate, differential pressure measurement can be affected. To address this, pairing with a cumulative flow computer equipped with temperature and pressure compensation technology effectively corrects the data, ensuring accurate measurements under varying conditions.

Combined with industrial-grade differential pressure transmitters, accurate monitoring is possible even under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature. Additionally, a temperature and pressure-compensated cumulative flow meter can aggregate airflow, process temperature, and process pressure data, providing real-time readings and cumulative flow values after compensation adjustments.
