In industrial environments, especially under challenging conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity, accurate monitoring of air flow and velocity is crucial. Differential pressure-based air velocity measurement, combined with display instruments, provides reliable measurements of air velocity and flow even in harsh conditions, with data easily viewable on display units.

The following introduces three application scenarios utilizing eyc-tech's air flow meters, differential pressure transmitters, average flow measuring tubes, and display instruments, designed for high-humidity and contaminated air, high-temperature and high-pressure environments, as well as mass flow rate and bidirectional measurement applications.

To address this, pairing with a cumulative flow computer equipped with temperature and pressure compensation technology effectively corrects the data, ensuring accurate measurements under varying conditions.

    To achieve more stable and precise flow monitoring, averaging data from multiple measurement points becomes crucial for enhancing measurement reliability. Combined with industrial-grade differential pressure transmitters, accurate monitoring is possible even under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.
