Core Technology

The AFMP Average Flow Measuring Tube is based on fluid dynamics principles, precisely calculating gas velocity by measuring static and total pressure differences. In large-diameter ducts, airflow velocity often varies between the center and near-wall areas, making single-point measurements insufficient for capturing the overall flow precisely. The AFMP utilizes a multi-hole Pitot tube design to average multiple airflow points, ensuring more precise and representative data. Additionally, this differential pressure-based flow meter is minimally impacted by airborne dust, making it ideal for use in dust-laden environments.
